    Hello

    When this plugin is active, it takes 3 to 4 seconds for the order received page to be displayed. Is there a way to optimize this? It is a relevant time for the customer who is finalizing their purchase. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If you use the “Other SMTP” mailer option the slowness could be caused by slow SMTP connection.

    In such case it’s recommended to switch to an API-based mailer option (it’s all mailers except the “Other SMTP” and “Default (none)” option).

    Here’s our documentation with all the mailers and how to set them up.

    The other option you can consider, it’s enabling the “Optimized Email Sending” feature.

    The optimized email sending offloads email to a queue and sends it in the background. Please note, that email sending can be delayed if you have a low-loaded website. It’s because of WP-Cron’s nature.
