Performance Budgeting

Hi there,

Love what you’re doing with this plugin. I’m a performance nerd so was really happy to see PageSpeed Insights featured in the tool kit. Would you guys consider adding the ability to set budgets against requests counts and transfer sizes? That would be an amazing feature for small businesses who want to easily monitor their performance but might not have the technical skill to set it up via lighthouse.

Also, adding the ability to automate weekly audits so we can see metrics slipping over time would be really useful.
