Performance Improvement – Loading JS/CSS only on form pages

Hi, is there a way to make the JS/CSS resources only load on the pages that contain a form? Perhaps a similar way as how the cf7 can be configured to do this: https://contactform7.com/loading-javascript-and-stylesheet-only-when-it-is-necessary/
