    Hello Support Team,

I’ve noticed that the Pixel Manager for WooCommerce plugin is taking up a significant amount of execution time in my WooCommerce store backend. Based on my analysis, it appears to be the largest contributor to slow performance (see attached graph for reference).

Is there something I could adjust or optimize to resolve this issue? Any advice on why this plugin might be causing such a high load would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your help!

    Best regards,
    Mirco

    Hi Mirco

Your screenshot doesn’t help. It doesn’t say what exactly is slow and where.

Our own tests have shown that the Pixel Manager is very performant and doesn’t slow down a site in any way, especially not on the front-end.

In the back-end it does some tasks for the debug information like checking some API connections which could explain slower performance that you see if one or more API endpoints are slow to respond. But, those calls only happen when accessing the Pixel Managers settings page and have safeguards to ensure proper functioning of the shop and the Pixel Manager’s settings page.
