Noticed a lot of “MySQL server has gone away” errors in PHP log from time to time. This started showing up when this plugin was activated:
PHP Warning: mysqli_query(): MySQL server has gone away in wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1877
Also seeing that this plugin is blacklisted on some platforms, e.g.
“Overwhelms even our robust caching layer with an inordinate amount of HTTP requests”:
