You can test it directly from google pagespeedinsight, inserting once a link and once the other

Can you please test once by deactivating the activated plugins one by one and let us know back is it due to TOC or from which plugin? So that we will help you out accordingly to resolve it.

sorry but I can not disable and activate one by one
There is no way by which you can figure out if there is any problem related to your plugin
You have never had from other vsotri customers some performance problem
I can understand that it depends on case by case but if there is some “standard” solution to use it would be better to as mentioned we can not disable the other plugins
