    Hi!
Currently I’m running an instance of WP + Woocommerce on a VPS (5 core, 8gb RAM). A single user works just fine but when the site gets more users (100+) at the same time, all processors get 100% of use and the site stops working.
    Here’s the theme/plugins I’m using:
    THEME: Shopkeeper
    YITH Woocommerce Wishlist
    All-in-One WP Migration
    Brazilian Market on WooCommerce
Claudio Sanches – Correios for WooCommerce
Claudio Sanches – PagSeguro for WooCommerce
Coming Soon Page, Under Construction & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd
HookMeUp – Additional Content for WooCommerce
    Limit Login Attempts Reloaded
Minimum and Maximum Quantity for WooCommerce
Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce
    Shopkeeper Extender
W3 Total Cache (with right adjustments for woo)
    WooCommerce
    WPBakery

I’ve opened a ticket with the host (hostgator) but they couldn’t help me saying it was an applicaton issue. All cfg is up to date (PHP, wp, woo and plugins).
I don’t know what to do anymore or what to look into.
    Any help is appreciated.
ps. sorry for bad english, not my primary language.

@thiagoqf There may be an issue with another one of the plugins that is installed, or there could be a data or database issue somewhere. Tracking down the actual cause may take some time. The steps to take would be:

    • Create a copy of the site on the same server to test with. Deactivate all plugins but WooCommerce. Can you replicate the issue? I know you mentioned a moderate level of traffic causes it, but this is the best route.
    • Check to see if you have a large number of categories, tags, or product attributes. A large amount of taxonomies or terms can cause database slowdowns.
    • Can you copy the site to a local environment or another server to see if the issue persists?
    • More about conflict troubleshooting can be found here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
