Performance Issues with ALD Plugin

    My dedicated server is overloaded due to the ALD plugin. I run a dropshipping business selling accessories for cake bakers. My store is set up to handle a significant volume of traffic, which is why I opted for a dedicated server. However, when the ALD plugin is activated, my website becomes very slow, and I notice high resource usage in my server’s cPanel report. I suspect that the plugin may have a memory leak.

    Thank you for your message. The ALD plugin itself doesn’t have a history of memory leaks or server overload issues.

    You site may be getting slow because you have a lot more WooCommerce products for your store, not because of our plugin.

    Our plugin only works on its own pages(such as settings page, import list page) and that’s why it does not affect the performance of your site.

    We doubt what you said is truthful. Looks like you create this very account just to leave this review. Impressive effort I must say, to the point you don’t even bother to contact any support first but go straight to the Review section. I doubt you have tried any troubleshooting steps, and I even doubt you even encountered this “issue”
