I saw that, but when I do this in W3 Cache I get a problem with the menu-appearance or I get a blanc frontend.

I can not vouch on that tutorial that you provided. However, You should use manual minify and add those JS files in correct order.
Minify can be complex process sometimes and it can require fine tuning. I can also offer professional support. Performance>Support and choose Eliminate Render Blocking JS
