Performance Optimization Not Working

I have discovered that the recent update per this topic, Version 5.9.7.2 will not allow me to use the Performance Optimization option = Limit JS file loading.

When I use this option the event submission page will not allow users to choose a From and To date. The date will always be wrong regardless of format and the date picker will not display.

I confirmed that my page ID’s were exact and even tried re entering them and saving but the behavior persisted. So I have had to choose no for the option and allow scripts to load on all pages.
