Performance Overview

  • Instead of a list of “Further Articles,” I want to use a portfolio feature at the end of my blog posts to always show users different articles.

    However, I’ve noticed that the performance often shows lower page speed values for posts where I use this portfolio feature. I’m not sure if that’s really the reason. Therefore, a feature would be great that tells me what changes to the page have what impact on page speed.

  • Everything that you add to your site impacts performance. The question is, to what degree?

    If you’re using Google’s PageSpeed Insights, go beyond the headline numbers and look further down the page: there’s a detailed report that tells you exactly what you need to improve to get better performance.
