    Hi,

    I recently installed Hummingbird on our site’s staging platform. While QA I noticed that the performance test score is not displaying in the Performance test tab along with the Recommendations for Opportunities. Could you please help me with this?

    Hope you are doing fine!

    Please make sure the WPMU Dev Site IP is whitelisted, please find more information below:

    If the issue is still showing even after verifying our IP’s are whitelisted, we’d recommend a conflict test, to identify any plugin restricting this functionality. Make sure you have a recent backup and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible.     Basically, you’ll need to deactivate all plugins, except Hummingbird and switch to a basic theme. Then verify if the issue persists. If it doesn’t then start activating the plugins/theme one by one until you identify the one causing the issue.
