I hope you’re well today!

I couldn’t visit the site (“DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN” suggesting that domain couldn’t be found), both Google PageSpeed and GTMetrix can’t access it and DNS propagation tester also reports that this domain is not accessible:

For the test to be performed successfully the site must be online and publicly available.

Is this correct site address that you shared?

Sorry, I posted the wrong URL.

This is the correct URL:

DNS is okay.

Hi @intername,

This looks like an issue with the SSL certificate and seems more to be a limitation at the hosting end. Can you please bring this to the notice of the hosting support as they should be able to help you with this?

I’ve checked with the hosting company and they are saying that they double checked the SSL certificate and there are no detectable issues.
Your help is appreciated as this still is not working. Thank you.

Can you verify if any security plugin or server firewall is not blocking the WPMU DEV IPs?

Do you see any issue in WordPress > Tools > Site health?
