Period to hold a payment on WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway

In Japan, the bank holds a payment for max 30 days when a payment is authorized if a customer uses Visa or MasterCard. It also applies on Stripe as you can see on the below FAQ.
Then, does it apply on this plugin also?(FAQ)
