I’m guessing that Perma Link helps a lot with Search Engines landing on correct pages and make your pages look better. I just don’t know which style I should go?

I have a blog that I post sometimes 2-4 posts a day and sometimes I post once for 3 days. What kind of Perma Link methods are advised?

I’m thinking the date thing is suitable for everything if used as /year/month/postname ?

Some people find it to be a debate on pretty permalinks. I use /%postname/ for most of my sites except one. If it is important to put the date in your post, then great, but for seo, you may want to do /%postname%/ to be more effective.

    I second that emotion ??

But wouldn’t only /%postname%/ will make that folder cluttered with posts?!

No files are actually created on your server, so there’s no clutter to worry about.

The permalink structure is really a matter of personal preference, but for SEO purposes, your structure should definitely include the post name.

I find it useful to include the year and month in my permalinks, if for no other reason than to make it easy for me to identify when I wrote a particular post should I come across a link to it.
