I’m not sure if I understand your question.

As far as 403 error goes, it’s forbidden error, which means that your browser isn’t able to load the scripts up because your server isn’t allowing it. This is a hard one to solve. Because anything could be blocking the server.

Most likely this is a server permissions/ownership issue.

Also, check your .htaccess files for anything strange. Make sure your server settings are not overriding the .htaccess file.

If none of the troubleshooting steps help resolve the issue, try a full Manual Upgrade, to make sure all the WordPress files are there and correct.

Make sure to backup everything (including database) before doing any action, in case.

    Thanks @t-p
    – I’m using Nginx web server so there is no .htaccess.
    – Its not a /aaaa/ is not a real folder, its not a permissions issue.

To better organize my web pages & posts, I’ve created folder “LIKE” layout in my permalinks. but Google considers them folders and tried to access the folder level files which aren’t there.

I’m sure anyone who is using WP and has created permalinks such as https://www.domain.com/aaaa/bbbb will be facing this issue.

It would be great if they can share how they fixed this issue.

    Thanks,
    Sanjay
