permalink

  • I am trying to have some forms that people can fill out on line or have it a pdf they can download.. I got it to show up as a permalink?? I cant seam to have just the form show up they have to click the link. not a big problem.. but I would love to have the page look better or change the name so it doesnt say (/?attachment_id=446 ) how can I do this???
