@fahionsupporters – You said usually? Can you clarify? We don’t offer permalinks for popups and never really have. Our popups are a private post type which means they don’t get urls. Popups are part of the pages they are viewed on.
That said in our earlier versions WP still rendered a permalink, but they did this for a long time for all post types, now its hidden as it shouldn’t be there and leads to confusion.
If you need to trigger a popup based on the user clicking a link in an email for example you would need to use our Advanced Targeting to do such a thing.
PS previously even when the /popup/ links were visible, they never worked, they load 404 pages, because as I mentioned before private post types don’t get urls.
