Permalink category problem – all categories in permalink are uncategorized

Hello.

I have a problem with the categories in premalink structure.

I set permalinks structure to /% category% /% postname%. When I am on my Web page and click on the link in the navigation, the structure appears correctly https://mydomain.com/category/post/

But in Google is displayed https://mydomain.com/uncategorized/post/

Also, if I copy a link from Chrome (https://mydomain.com/category/post/) and paste it in to Safari, it automatically redirects to permalink https://mydomain.com/uncategorized/post/

I reset permaliks and also I deactivated all plug-ins.

Please, if anyone can help me.
