    Hi!

when i change the permalink structure the og:url is not updated!

your docs says: “The og:url tag pulls from the permalink of the post/page. When the permalink changes so will that og:url” but the plugin keeeps the old url before changing the permalinks

    Thanks

@voxoff If you clear your cache (server, plugin/theme, or CDN such as Cloudflare) does this resolve the issue? If you are not sure how to clear your server cache you should speak with your host provider.

Also, can you please confirm you are using the most recent Yoast v14.3? You can learn more about updating here: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-can-i-update-my-free-plugin/

Also, can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.4.2? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider. Please know that if you are using an older version of WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast. Yes im using the last version of yoast and wp. I already clear the cache, I deleted and installed yoast
This is happening on the categories and tag archives pages
It appears that yoast created does og:url tags when it was installed the first time and it was never updated when i changed the permalinks structure of the product categories and tags

I manage to resolve this by going to the category or tag and re-save!
    Thanks!

    Hello @voxoff

Thanks for getting back to us. Did you only change the permalink structure for your categories and tag archive pages? Is the og:URL the only outdated information?

Could you please try the following:

    1. Install the Yoast Test Helper plugin.

    2. Go to your WP admin dashboard > Tools (sidebar) > Yoast Test

    3. Locate the Yoast SEO section and select the “Reset indexable tables & migrations” button.

    4. Please redo the Indexables feature and see if this resolves the issue.
