Permalink confusion

  • Hello.
    When I upload a pdf using the WordPress media I am able to add that media to a post using the pdf name as the title and it points to the file. When uploading using MLF and then adding the media to a post, it shortens the name and uses a permalink of the shortened name. I need to be able to insert media into a post using the file name as a title like WordPress Media does. Can MLF do that?

    So far, I have not been able to reproduce this. What version of WordPress are you using and are you using Gutenberg blocks or the classic editor through the Classic Editor plugin?
