Permalink edit doesn't save without hitting update

  • On editing the permalink for a post / page, the OK button doesn’t save the changes to the database. You must hit “Update” for the changes to take effect.

    Is there any reason why it couldn’t do this? I’d be willing to make the changes, but wanted to see if there’s any reason why this shouldn’t be done first.
