I can’t find any WordPress installation at the domain. Where is the blog installed at?

Here is the real one,this is the permalink https://www.photoscannerinfo.com/epson-gt-2500/, but on the browser it shows this one instead, https://www.photoscannerinfo.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=114&action=edit. Pay close attention to what is shown on the browser when you click the second one.

That’s because that post probably hasn’t been published yet. You’re seeing the preview URL, available only to the post author and administrators. Once you publish the post, the URL should work.
