Permalink error in Uzbek localization

Hey everyone,

I’ve been looking for a solution and got a similiar issue here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/wordpress-permalink-option-error-for-bengali-localization/#post-16775767

As that topic is closed I’m opening a new one to inform about that issue beign actual for Uzbek localization.

So when I try to open permalinks option from admin dashboard I got error:

"There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

And the error log on the server shows the following:

When I change the site language from Uzbek to a different one everything is working fine.

Any help is appreciated.
