Permalink issue

Hello,
I can notice a “big issue” updating WP to the last release 3.7.1 and your great plugin to 0.9.3.3
The permalink section expose a wrong URL prefix, in this way:
NOTICE the double //
Custom post type “posts” has now a wrong URL, for example:
https://www.example.com//my-article.html
It miss taxonomy and WP returns a 404 error.
