Permalink issue w/custom post types

I’m having issues getting my permalinks to display the way I’d like.

I have a few custom post types.

Under Settings > Permalinks, Custom post type, I have posts that are tagged as “culture-press” to display permalinks as:
https://example.com/culture-press/%postname%/ however, they are instead displaying as
https://example.com/%postname%/

Any ideas as to what’s going wrong here?
