Permalink Mistake

  • URGENT HELP Req’d ! I was trying to help SEO yesterday and changed my permalink structure – thinking it would only change future posts – but I have just realised that it has changed all my URLS and all links are now all internal and external links are broken!! Does anyone know if I can use a backup and restore as was and cancel my stupidity, or is this a fait accompli and I now have to create redirects for everything? Or … can I just change the permalink back to what it was?

    Of course you can.

    But that may not be necessary. Have you tried resetting the permalink structure?
