Permalink name problem

I found a problem with 2 pages not displaying. At one time they did. I’m not sure what changed. Error says: page is not being redirected properly. I checked the .htaccess file. Everything looks ok.

Here’s what I found thats interesting and I was wondering why: The permalink name was https://www.NaturesHealing.info/diet-consult. If I permanently delete the page and recreate it the page with the same content it will only work if I use a different permalink name other than diet-consult. Somewhere this permalink name is being stored and not allowing me to delete the page and recreate it with the same name.

Any ideas as to why?

I had to call the permalink consult-diet
