Permalink not in Source Code

I have been using your plugin for a while.

The Post ID of the Custom CSS code that I created is 54147

Normally the default permalink would be https://www.vabeach.com/wp-content/uploads/custom-css-js/54147.css

However, I went in and selected Linking type >> “External File” and changed the permalink to

https://www.vabeach.com/wp-content/uploads/custom-css-js/vabeachcom.css

But when I look at the source code of my page, I still see
<link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’54147-css’ href=’//www.vabeach.com/wp-content/uploads/custom-css-js/54147.css?v=999′ type=’text/css’ media=’all’ />

I expected to see the https://www.vabeach.com/wp-content/uploads/custom-css-js/vabeachcom.css permalink instead.

Why isn’t it changed?
