Permalink not working

I’m trying to add the secondary title to my Links but it doesn’t seem to work.
It always outputs %secondary_title%, not the actual field value.
I read that there is an option in “Settings -> Secondary Title” that you need to enable first? I really don’t see any option there that would help me. WHat’s that option called?
