Permalink not working properly

    Hi,

    I’m trying set up a front page”welcome page”, and I changed the settings in “settings/reading/front page display” to static page but unfortunately it does not working at all. Also I tried to find out the reason for the above so I disabled all plugin installed for the site but nothing changed.

    Could you please advice?
