Permalink of page non English characters display as too many redirect

  • When I create a page in Thai language, I create the page permalink in Thai. When I want to visit the page I get the browser error “too many redirects” and the page is not displayed.
    If the permalink of the Thai page is in English I have no problem.

    I tried to disable Bogo plugin, create a page with the permalink in Thai language and the page is displayed correctly with Thai character in the url.

    I use wordpress 5.3
