Permalink on Homepage is different

When I visit my site https://www.woollybear.se there is a suffix added to my url which looks like this: https://www.woollybear.se/?v=69344c7e0283
I’m trying to optimize my site and this redirect is unnecessary.
PS: When I view the permalink for the static homepage in Dashboard- Pages It looks fine e.i woollybear.se
