Permalink on Plesk server

  • How do I create .htaccess for Plesk server?. I update my permalink, I should get a
    Wordpress warning saying that “.htaccess have been created” or something like that. Which it doesn’t. Permalink structure successfully updated but it got screwed up and got 404 page instead. I lost my traffic for 5 days. My webhosting server deny any sort of access to files or directories via https://FTP.So ch_mod is just useless.Newer version of Plesk removed chmod extension.
