Permalink page title issue

    Hello,

    We are having an issue with our permalinks and page titles, we created a new page: https://bylinestudio.com/drone-2/ (it keeps adding “-2”, but we cannot update it to https://bylinestudio.com/drone/. I have changed the permalinks settings in WordPress, checked the htaccess file permissions, set to 644, checked that no pages with this title are in the post, portfolios or pages or trash. I also tried clearing the cache with a plugin and activating a default theme and shutting off all plugins and it still wouldnt give us the page title we are looking for.
