Permalink Problem

Hi,

i am doing a website in portuguese and english. In portuguese when i search a product the permalink is for example: https://play-big.eu/pt/produto/domez-toy-story-4/ and everything is ok.
when i click in english: https://play-big.eu/en/product/domez-toy-story-4/ and the 404 page appears. all other permalinks do not translate. this one does and i dont know why.
