permalink PROBLEM..help

    hi, this has been going on a while now but it looks so ugly on the site i have to do something (www.satvoices.com)

    I changed my common permalinks to custom then put /
    so satvoices.com/p=141 would be like satvoices/garmin-voices.

    That was great…BUT…..then all posts were all https://www.satvoices.com with no code bit after so they all just went to the homepage satvoices.com/

    i have changed it back so the posts all work but now i have ugly urls for my main pages, any help would be great, thanks in advance.
