Permalink Problems

Hi,
I set up Front-end Editor two days ago and it worked perfectly. Now however,the page I created carrying the shortcode won’t appear, and in WP dashboard I get the following error message:

‘You need to set your permalink custom structure to at least contain /%postname%/ before WP User Frontend will work properly’.

I’ve tried setting up a custom structure along the lines of examples given in WP permalink page but nothing seems to work.

I’ve checked through the FAQs and the support pages but cannot find anything to resolve my problem, so if anyone has had similar problems and has found a solution I would be very grateful for some advice.

I’m running with the latest version of the Suffusion theme.
