Permalink / Slug not changing after title change

Hello, I’m wondering if this behavior is normal.

I’ve created an ad and when I change the title to something else,
the URL of that ad is still according to the old title.

Ex. Created an ad with title “test”, and then changed the title to “hello”,
the URL of the ad is still “mysite.com/ads/test”.

Doesn’t the permalink of the ad change after the title been edited?
