Permalink (slug) not editable

Media permalink edit disappeared. WordPress 5.7 and quite new php (updated a little time ago).

This work and is ok: “Pages”, “edit page” and right side of permalink I found “Edit”.

But permalink edit in media is not possible. Earlier it was one field, text “slug” and modify it. Now there is no this field “slug”, also not “edit”.

Clicking “media” I select any media, typically pdf-file, I can see “document preview”, there is all information, categories etc etc. Permafile also, but not this “edit”. Also no field “slug”. Then I click “edit more details”- ok, more details, but still not this “edit” or “slug”.

When I add new pdf, it make “page.fi/file”, eg. if I download “document.pdf” it is “page.fi/document”. This is permalink. But, earlier (6 month ago? 12 month?) I can edit this, but now not. Somethin is happened. I try deactivate all plugins and add documents again- no effect. And, of course, it first was “settings -> permalink”, of course this I check first.

So, look it is something wrong in wordpress, not in plugins. If I deactivate all plugins and add document, still there is not this “edit” or “slug”. And, of course, after 8 hour googling and testing looks this fault is not possible fix. So: fault is very hard and strong OR is it too easy. Please recommend what I can check then? Maybe any additional plugin? Or php-edit of the wordpress? Any special setting?
