Permalink stops working on 2 pages

I have encountered something I haven’t seen in the time I’m working with WP.

all ‘pretty rewrites’ work…but the weird thing is 2 permalinks just stopped working

aren’t working…if I remove the permalink rewrite (set to standard) and then put them back they’re back, but after a couple of hours they’re gone again…
really puzzles me
