• One star: The permalink structure required by Sendcloud is a big problem. You can not control the permalink structure of your site anymore as Sendcloud ‘demands’ using one specific permalink style. For older sites, this can have an impact on their SEO-efforts to and will create extra tasks of placing redirects. Please, search another solution and drop the permalink-requirement.

after some support tickets the Sendcloud discover also the unnecessaire check on the permalinks, and they promised to take it out in the next update.
So, afterall very VERY happy with their support and patience. I’m glad i’ve persisted my calls in this permalink-issue.

    Thanks, Sendcloud.

    Dear Dave,

We are sorry to hear that you are facing some difficulties with our plugin. We are always happy to help, therefore we want to find another solution for the permalink requirement. For most shops, our suggestion is the easiest solution. But our CTO is doing some further investigation, to avoid changing the permalink style. You can expect an email from him today, to help you solve the issue.

    Kind regards,
    Team SendCloud
