• Hello, I’d like to include %year% in my permalink structure, but I’d really like it if it could return just the last 2 digits of the year, rather than the full 4. I checked the permalinks help page, but didn’t see any obvious solutions. Is this possible?

    Thanks

  • Hey @agiuliano8,

Yes, but I think you would have to use a parser to rewrite the 4-digit value as a 2-digit value when your posts / pages / portfolio items are published.

Alternatively, I think you could arrive at your desired-end state by installing & activating WP Category Permalink and manually setting each 2-digit year as an individual category.

    Best,

    Kenso

Just a friendly reminder to try and make your support post title here a bit more descriptive e.g “How to include %year% with just the last two digits in my permalink”, rather than just “Permalinks”. ??

Oh and some tags help a lot too ?? >>>>>>>>
