permalinks

Hello, i have page which is name “Slune?ní ochrana” (Sun protection in english). My url of this page is now https://heliocare.neomed.cz/?page_id=184
I wanna have https://heliocare.neomed.cz/slunecni-ochrana How is it possible please? When i go to settings> permalinks and click on “postname” buttom it writes https://heliocare.neomed.cz/slunecni-ochrana-1
Any ides please?
