Permalinks

I just moved a website from one host to another and am having issues with the permalinks. The previous web host required a permalink of “/blog3” to be included. For example https://www.websiteaddress.com/blog3/services. This is one of the reasons we moved away from the host we were using, however, now the website permalinks only work if I use the default setting. They do not work if I use the post name setting.

Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this? I’m assuming something needs to be changed in the database, but I’m not sure what.
