Permalinks

Hello there,
Can you send a screenshot of your permalinks settings? That format is not what I would expect from products.

I know i have product category in there, I thought it would put the actual category name in. If not, how do I put the actual category name in?

Hi @redspot, thanks for the screenshot. You can use %product_cat to pull in the actual category of the product to create the permalink. To do so, please replace your current setting with /get_organized/%product_cat%/:

Thanks, but when I add %product_cat% it breaks the link to the category page itself.

What I want to achieve (as an example) is this:
/get-organised/
/get-organised/budgets-funding-and-sponsorship/ (category page)
/get-organised/budgets-funding-and-sponsorship/how-to-budget (product page with downloadable pdf upon purchase)

As soon as I make the product custom base like this: /get-organised/%product_cat%/ the link to the category page breaks and is not found?

Hi @redspot. You can name your shop page “Get Organized” and make sure that the slug is get_organized:

Once you’ve done that, you can set your permalinks as follows:
