Permalinks and feeds

I have problems with permalinks and feeds. Just take a look at the following feeds links:
https://weiqiang.zoomcities.ws/feed
https://weiqiang.zoomcities.ws/feed/Notice the difference between the URL and the posts on the feeds. The second one is short of two entries and both are published using Windows Live Writer. Please help me. Thanks.
