Permalinks and Temporary Weblink

Hi,
I am helping a non-profit organization with their website. The host is the Blue Host. They gave me the temporary link so that I can construct the website in the background. After the Blue Host uploaded the website <https://www.michiganpeaceworks.org/> the temporary link is still there when you click any option at the website.

I tried changing the Permalink under “Settings” but it didn’t solve the problem. I called the Blue Host and they told me to contact the WordPress.

Can someone please help me, I will really appreciate!!
