Permalinks as Post Name does not work

    I m evaluating Yith Affiliate Free plugin so that I could move on to Premium version.

    Current problem: Yith Affiliate can NOT work with Permalink set to Post Name. I tried to revert Permalink to Plain type, then everything seems fine. If i set to Post Name type, all the links in Affiliate Dashboard like Clicks, Generate Link, Settings etc are not loaded, it keeps reloading Affiliate Dashboard only. For Example: …/affiliate-dashboard/generate-link/ will show Affiliate Dashboard However, …/?page_id=640&generate-link will show the correct page.

    Btw i have tried to “Save Changes” in Settings>Permalink page with Post Name chosen, did not work.

    We have been trying the post name mode in the permalinks section and the affiliate dashboard and the endpoints are working as expected.

    Could you share with us some screenshot of the permalinks configuration and your problem to investigate on the issue?

    Hi thanks for your reply.

    My current installation only shows Affiliate Dashboard page in Pages. Is it normal? How could I generate other pages like Commissions, Clicks, Generate Link, Payments and Settings pages? I can’t find such function in Yith Affiliate settings.

    We checked with the same configuration like you. See the following link

    Then we access as affiliate and the permalinks works fine. See this link

    Maybe is a problem on generate permalinks, try to enable de plugin and after it, try to regenerate permalinks.

    About your questions:

    How could I generate other pages like Commissions, Clicks, Generate Link, Payments and Settings pages?

    You can create different pages if you use the shortcodes

    [yith_wcaf_link_generator]
    [yith_wcaf_show_clicks]
    [yith_wcaf_show_commissions]
    [yith_wcaf_show_payments]
    [yith_wcaf_show_settings]

    You can paste the shortcodes in different pages and you’ll have the information.
