[Plugin: Carousel of Images] Permalinks break

I am using Carousel of Post images v. 1.05. It worked fine until I switched to Post Name Permalinks. Then it broke. I visited the plug-in site but it appears to be last updated in 2010 and there is no way to contact the author. I would appreciate any ideas that might fix this issue. Thanks in advance. Karen.
